Effect of Web-Based Time-Use Intervention on Occupational Balance During the Covid-19 Pandemic

Background. Restrictions implemented to control the spread of Covid-19 pandemic may lead disruptions in occupational balance among university students. Purpose. The aim this study was evaluate effectiveness a web-based time-use intervention on Method. A total 60 participants were randomly assigned and groups. group received eight sessions time management intervention, while single-session intervention. Pre-and post-intervention evaluated with Occupational Balance Questionnaire (OBQ). Findings. eight-session more effective than improving OBQ scores all individual item except for “Having sufficient things do during regular week.” Implications. therapists can implement interventions promote students pandemic.
